桂花糕的制作方法


桂花糕制作方法:

材料: 一底的份量
鱼胶粉(4), (1), 开水(即滚水 4.5), 冰块 (3), 桂花; 红枣; 杞子; 雪耳适量(根据个人喜好随意加减)

制作方法:
1. 把鱼胶粉和糖混合, 再加入开水不停搅拌
2. 加入冰块, 不停搅拌至冰块彻底融化。
3. 加入桂花; 红枣; 杞子; 雪耳迅速倒入锡盘。
4. 放入冰箱冷藏至凝结即可。

**** 温馨提示: 制作的重点, 一定要跟足去做
**** 桂花; 红枣; 杞子; 雪耳洗干净, 杞子和雪耳浸泡至软, 红枣和雪耳切细粒。
